In order to troubleshoot problems, please consider the following questions:

Are you registered for the course you're trying to access?
Yes. - If you just registered today, your registration information will not be available in the Reserves system immediately. Go to the Scribner Library circulation desk to get a copy of your course reserve list if you need it right away.
No. - If you are an auditor, UWW, or MALS student, click here to request access to your course reserves materials.

Are you using Internet Explorer 5 or higher, Netscape 7, or Opera 6 as your browser?
Yes. - Make sure cookies are enabled.
No. - The Reserves Hub requires a recent browser: Internet Explorer 5 or higher, Netscape 7, or Opera 6 should work fine.

Are you using Adobe Acrobat version 5.0 or higher to view PDFs?
Yes. - Please click the link below to report your problem to library staff.
No. - The Reserves Hub requires Adobe Acrobat 5.0 or higher to properly display scanned articles. Mac OSX computers often attempt to use their own PDF viewer, called Preview. This will not display our PDFs properly. A free download of Adobe Acrobat is available at the Adobe web site. Click here to download Adobe Acrobat.
